4.16 How to configure strong TLS Security

Scribbler web application by default configured for TLS 1.2 and 1.3 only. TLS 1.0, 1.1 are disabled by default. Scribbler on Linux also configures the following strong ciphers and reject the TLS handshake if any of the client does not meet the requirements. Since windows supports configuring cipher suites only at operating system level, To enable strong ciphers please refer Microsoft documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/security/tls/manage-tls). To use ECDA ciphers make sure to have the certificate is created with ECDSA algorithm.
